FAQ's

1. Can I cancel my order? 

You can cancel your order if the item has not yet shipped. Unfortunately, once shipped it cannot be canceled. 

2. How long do I have to wait to receive my package? 

The time it takes for the package to be delivered to you will depend on the type of delivery service you select when making the purchase. Also, keep in mind that the post office can experience some delays due to weather conditions and also during peak season ( holidays). Once the package is delivered to the post office, you will receive a notification with the tracking number so you can track your package along the way. 

3. Can I return my item if i do not like it? 

If for whatever reason you do not like the item purchased, you can return it. However, the item must be in the same condition as it was received ,Unworn or unused. We cannot accept used items. Before returning the package, it must be approved  by us first. Return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer.  Please see Refund Policy for more information?

4. Do you provide refunds? 

No, we do not. However , we do provide store credit or exchanges. See Refund Policy for more information.
